Indian cuisine is all the rage these days. Home cooks whose most exotic spice their cabinets used to be cinnamon, are now producing amazing aromatic curry dishes with authentic Indian spice blends. Nothing to be scared of here--- contrary to popular belief, most indian food isn't spicy hot. It's time you let your guard down and join in the fun.

Tandoori Chicken - marinated in a seasoned yogurt for tenderness, then cooked to perfection and served with a touch of great homemade red tandoori sauce and some pickled radish & onion. Taste the love.

Samosas - addicting little vegetarian pastries, for sure. Served with a better-than-good cilantro-mint chutney. Never tried one? You DON'T know what you're missing.

Malai Kofta -- one of the top ten Indian dishes you MUST try. A vegetarian 'meat'ball in a tomato gravy laden with a fabulous combination of Indian spices. Very spicy but no heat. Served over seasoned basmati rice.

Chopped Salad, Indian Style - apples, radishes, mild chilies, and tomatoes---with fresh herbs and toasted spices. A flavorful, fresh addition to a rich meal.

Cardamom Cream Cake - This layer cake is an absolute stunner, adorned with crushed pistachios and delicate dried pink rose petals. (believe it or not, they're NOT hard to find) It's filled with a not-too-sweet mascarpone and given a little more depth with the cardamom. We think this just might be the perfect dessert for Valentines day.
