Prepare for an exceptional evening while we embark on a fantastic journey through a trendy Italian affair, accompanied by our esteemed guest, Yani Moraitis Frye. Yani is the award-winning mixologist and owner of the Bad Luck Bar in Detroit, and is known for his metropolitan flair. He’ll guide us through the art of crafting two timeless Italian cocktails: the refreshing Aperol Spritz and the iconic Negroni. While you indulge in these delectable libations, he’ll treat us to a bit of his entertaining bartending savvy—a display that will surely transcend the ordinary barside experience.

Chef Steven Grostick will prepare arancini—a classic Sicilian dish—a croquette of sorts, made from risotto, then filled and fried to crispy perfection. You’ll enjoy the dish piping hot and bring the recipe home so you’ll be able to reproduce it yourself. Buon appetito!

To cap off the evening, we’ll savor a scoop of glorious, homemade gelato, that frozen wonder that hails from the heart of Italy.
