Tournedos of Beef
Dauphinoise potato, red wine demi glace, buttered root vegetables

You’ll learn to re-create it all and leave with recipes to take home.

Our special guest for the evening will be Tanya Fallon,—a  talented pastry chef extraordinaire who has created wonderful desserts for both the Ritz Carlton in the Water Tower, and Ambria  in Chicago.  She opened Tribute as the pastry Chef for Chef Takashi. These are just a few of the highlights from her incredible career. Chef Tanya will prepare a tantalizing dessert for the evening, she'll provide you with the recipe and give you any tips you'd need to create it yourself. We've asked her to do something special with you for Valentine's Day - some wonderful bonbons--she'll have the shells ready so you can fill them with delightfully complex flavor combinations,then top with a beautiful garnish.You'll fill five---one to eat, and four, boxed, to bring home as the evening's favor!
