Simply Elegant! The flavors we all love, served with a little something extra and an elegant flair! It’s meat and potatoes, yes, but it’s so much more! Take a look.
Cream of Fennel Soup – A creamy, steamy bowl of a very nuanced soup. Try something different. You can only have so much cream of mushroom, right?
Garlic Puffs –Simple puff pastry with garlic pesto. Oh the things it will do for that cream of fennel soup!
Garlic –Topped Stuffed Flank Steak –tender, perfectly season flank steak wrapped around a bacon-laced spinach & mushroom filling. Topped with plenty of garlic and served medium/medium rare. Steven will demonstrate how to tie a rolled flank steak the proper way.
Horseradish Mashed Potatoes – Get a hint of that delicious horseradish flavor but please don’t worry about the heat. We’ll keep it tame enough for every palate. Herb-Roasted Asparagus – tender spring asparagus with fresh herbs and just a few shaves of tangy parmesan
Raspberry Zabaglione – Served in a clear glass because it’s so pretty! This frothy, custardy dessert is beautiful, refreshing, and amazingly good. The crushed raspberries stand out like jewels !
