In the wintertime, we love warm fires, good memories, and homey comfort food. This menu invites you to reminisce about coming home to some tantalizing aromas coming out of mom's oven. We've kept the same rustic dishes but updated them just enough to elevate and enhance.

Gourmet Meatloaf - a red onion marmalade adds just the right amount of sweetness and piquancy, bacon adds texture and that smoky umami goodness. We'll serve it in a lovely pool of pan sauce.

Spinach Salad - A great spinach salad with a cooked dressing - our favorite new twist to spinach salad!

Mashed Fauxtatoes - If we didn't tell you these weren't good ol' russet potatoes, you'd probably never guess that they weren't. These are INCREDIBLE. So much less starch, so much less prep time, same potato-y texture. Family-tested and approved---overwhelmingly.

Peas & Carrots - Not the little cubes and spheres you dump out of a freezer bag, but roasted fresh carrots and peas to develop sweetness and depth.

Apple Dumplings - We remember these divine dumplings from Woolworth's lunch counter at the Livonia Mall. Oh heavens, they were good, served with a generous ladle of warm vanilla cinnamon custard sauce.
