We’re so excited about this event. We’ll be celebrating some of our favorite kitchen classics, by introducing some of them again—in new colors, flavors, and design. Now’s a great time to mark your calendar, because we don’t want you to miss it!
Introducing Shallot!, the soft, new, lovely color for your kitchen from Le Creuset. It’s gentle, refined, and blends elegantly into any kitchen. From noon-3 Chef Steven will be offering a taste of a beautiful springtime pasta dish that he’s prepared in their shallot dutch oven, including asparagus, spring peas, and lemon. You’ll leave with the recipe! We’re featuring all of Le Creusets new specials that day as well. Anybody making a Le Creuset purchase will be entered into a drawing for a piece of Le Creuset.
We’re also bringing in two new flavors from Olivelle since we’re celebrating one year of offering their delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars! The new olive oil flavor will be Roasted Shallot, in keeping with Le Creuset’s newest introduction, and the balsamic with be Roasted Garlic Barrel-Aged White Balsamic. Anyone making an Olivelle purchase will be entered into a drawing for some Olivelle product! We’ll also send you home with a little sample of some of their bold seasonings!
Some old-time kitchen classics are starting to make a reappearance in modern kitchens so we’re introducing some of those as well. We’ve brought in some incredible small batch butter churners, some fermenters (they’re all the rage and they produce some wonderful things for your health), and some sourdough starter kits. Your great-grandmothers would be so proud!
While Chef Steven will be here from noon to 3pm, the event itself will be from open ‘til close.
