This is the best time of year at the farmer’s market, and we’ll be taking the Thursdays in August to prepare and highlight one of the fresh fruits or vegetables you might find at the market during the second half of August. This week we’ll taste some delicious beets, prepared in a delicious salad with some of our Olivelle olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and seasonings.
