Wusthof is lending us the knowledgeable and entertaining Ed Bartush for a Saturday of, well, Knives! It all starts with this class where you'll learn to correctly hold a knife to become more proficient! Next comes the proper way to chop and slice.  You'll learn the different motions appropriate for a variety of knives and well as tips for caring for them properly. We learn something every time and we've been cooking for years. You won't need to bring any equipment to class with you. The stations will be set up and ready for you!
