• Brussels Sprouts - drizzled with a honey balsamic reduction
• Lemon Risotto - hearty and accented with fresh herbs
• Winter Citrus Salad - Red Onion, a melange of oranges, red leaf lettuce, nuts & a citrussy dressing.
