Autumn has the corner on the flavor market....apples, pumpkins & squash, cabbages & brussels sprouts. We love 'em all!  We'll feature some of our favorites in this lovely meal. perfect for a dinner party or to get the family together.

Apple-Potato Gratins - a lovely combination topped with gruyere-- one of Marty's go-to dishes.

Ricotta Stuffed Loin Chops - Thick pork loins chops filled with a garlicky homemade ricotta with a splash of color & flavor from roasted red peppers and fresh herbs.

Black Tie Brussels Sprouts - Gourmande greatness!  Not your average brussels sprouts recipes --this one dresses up for the party with nuts, cheese, and a little prosciutto

Winter Squash Panzanella - An iconic Italian salad tweaked a little for autumn. Hearty, homey, and colorful...this salad will leave you craving more.

Espresso Pumpkin Tiramisu - I know!!  The name says it all.  The tantalizing aroma of pumpkin ups the ante on this classic Italian dessert. This is our answer to the ever-popular pumpkin spice latte.
